Tulipa linifolia
This beautiful scarlet flowered tulip from the mountains Central Asian particularly Tajikistan, grows well here in most well drained positions. From 6” stems the classic tulip shaped cups open in the sun with almost flexed back rich coloured petals. It flowers late in the tulip season, well into May. AGM
