If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at admin@shiptonbulbs.co.uk, and we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Items being returned should be unused and in their original condition wherever possible.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As our bulbs and plants are living products, their performance after delivery will depend on planting conditions, care, and the environment in which they are grown, and we cannot accept responsibility once they have been safely delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put things right.
