Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our bulbs, plants, and collections as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device settings, and as many of our products are living plants, natural variation should be expected.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.

As many of our bulbs and plants are seasonal living products, availability may occasionally change. If a product becomes unavailable or an adjustment is required, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and with care.

As many of our bulbs and plants are seasonal living products, items will be dispatched when they are ready for safe despatch and at the appropriate time in the season, rather than necessarily immediately after ordering.

We use Royal Mail UK deliveries.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

While we take every care in packing and dispatching orders, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Items being returned should be unused and in their original condition wherever possible.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As our bulbs and plants are living products, their performance after delivery depends on planting conditions, care, and the environment in which they are grown, and we cannot accept responsibility once they have been safely delivered.

All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Shipton Bulbs unless otherwise stated.
